Because it's one on one, you

to resolve your issue or issues, something you cannot get
from any other conventional appraisal education program.
Remember, AppraisalCoach® cannot and does not render any
opinions of value or or value conclusions as to the specifics
of any property or assignment, nor is AppraisalCoach®
to be considered as having participated in any specific appraisal
assignment. You must also remember to maintain client
confidentiality. These sessions are for educational
purposes only. Appraisal Coach® is only a sounding
board. You must form your own conclusions and opinions
on any assignment.
Since we utilize telephone
and email, you benefit from the fastest most efficient delivery
of advice, and by charging hourly, you pay only for the time
you need.
Telephone Coaching – Simple Question Hotline

Do you have a single question or issue related to a specific assignment that you need help with? Don't panic, help is on the way.
Once you complete your online
purchase and pose your question, you will be contacted, typically
within 24 hrs, and often right away by telephone. In
the event we cannot reach you by telephone, we will respond
by email.
If we determine that your issue exceeds the scope of this service, we will recommend that you schedule an hourly session and apply your payment accordingly.

This is the ideal solution
for many situations that are slightly more involved than what
can be asked and answered in 10 minutes. Often appraisers
are just looking for a sounding board, someone to run an issue
by. Or perhaps you have a few general nagging questions
that once resolved will give you the confidence make those
tougher assignments feel more routine. Real answers
to real issues. Get the help and advice you need , when
you need it.

– Three-Session Package
Price: $390.00
This Three-Session Coaching
Program gives you three 45-50 minute telephone consultations
with AppraisaCoach®. By purchasing this program
you SAVE $60 over the regular $150 per session cost. At the
end of your initial session with your AppraisalCoach®,
you will have a plan of specific things that you will start
doing immediately. You'll want to check back in with
your coach a few weeks down the road and give your coach feedback.
At this point, your coach will help you fine-tune what you're
doing so that you get the maximum benefit from your efforts.
We have found this three session program to be a real formula
for success.

Appraisal Coach® – Appraisal Review Package
Price: $350.00
This Single Session Coaching
Program allows you to submit an appraisal for review
and critique. It can be a hypothetical report or an
actual report, however, if it is an actual report, remember
to revise the report prior to submission to maintain client
confidentiality. AppraisalCoach® recommends that you create
a typical sample (which can be created from an actual appraisal)
changing names and addresses, etc. so that it becomes
a fictional work.
Upon receipt, AppraisalCoach® will review the report and
get back to you with a critique of its strengths and weaknesses.
This will not be construed as a desk review, field review
or USPAP compliance review, but more a comprehensive review
of your report writing strengths and weaknesses.
